Brighton Yoga Supper Club

Join us for a women only evening of restoration and nourishment for the body and soul. Enjoy a 1.5 hr class of yoga taught by the wonderful Helen from Downward Dog Yoga followed by a shared plant based supper. All this in the beautiful surroundings of the newly restored Studio, just off of Elm Grove, Brighton.

The gentle flow of movement and breath is suitable for all and will lead into a guided relaxation (nidra) to offer a balanced practice of effort and surrender. All equipment and mats are provided. If you currently have any injuries or physical issues that will affect your yoga practice, please do let us know in advance so the class can be tailored accordingly. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow yourself to be settled on your mat for a prompt start at 6pm.

We love meeting new people and a delicious supper by Lorraine from Rhubarb and Beans will be served at shared tables. You are welcome to come alone, with a friend or as a group, all are welcome. Our food will be naturally vegan and gluten free and both organic and locally sourced where possible. Please do let us know of any additional allergies/intolerances and we will accommodate.

5.45-6pm Arrive and get settled..

6-7.30pm Yoga and guided relaxation with Helen from Downward Dog Yoga

7.30-9pm Delicious plant based sharing supper and drink from Rhubarb and Beans
